The project to rebuild an electromotor with a capacity of 750 kW and a voltage of 3 kV at Tehran’s Besat Power Plant was successfully implemented by the Pishro Sanat technical-engineering team.

According to the employer’s request, all of the following specialized repair and reconstruction operations were fully completed and delivered:

Complete reconstruction of the main shaft of the electric motor
Design and manufacture of new housings for both sides of the motor
Complete manufacture of aluminum seals according to the technical specifications of the motor
Manufacture of two-piece bearings according to industrial standards
Manufacture of bearing bushings and perform precise machining operations for both bearings
This project was implemented in compliance with industrial standards and at the project site (Besat Power Plant – Tehran) and successfully reached the final testing and operation stage.
